This essay was written over the last four months of 2022. It functions as the theoretical foundation of the author's artistic project with which she graduated from her master's degree in Fine Arts.

This essay tries to understand the history, current state, and possible future of data on the internet. 
It does this by consulting philosophical texts as well as other artistic projects.
